Convert existing small site to php

This is a easy weekend job while munching on pizza and downing a few cold ones. I need an existing site converted to php with the usual include statements for header, footer etc and css. Additional basic horizontal navigator for include in some pages. Must be search engine friendly. Extras - Working formmail script using same css and easily customisable. We need 2 forms. 1 for general enquiries and one for people to fill in and request a software cd so it will need a number of fields related to delivery address etc. As long as we can easily change it ourselves later. - All code commented to allow us to make small changes later. (I don't mean write a book, just give us an idea of whats happening) We just need someway of easily changing things like background colour, font, text etc. - A recommendation on a good software to maintain the site once completed. Something basic and allows us to easily create new pages and upload. Maybe just provide a basic template. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
