Clear Internet Retail website

[login to view URL] is in need of a website that will allow people to order clear WiMAX service online via a credit/debit card. The online ordering is already in place through clearwire corporate - so this site needs to just be a piggy back site to enable users to order through our appropraite login. The site will look almost exactly like [login to view URL] only it will be more of a retail feel and allow only users from atlanta to purchase their service. This project requires high communication with the coder because it's a complex process of entering in customer information into the existing sales OE database. I need this site ready to launch by May 1, 2009. Further clarification: The site will look and feel almost the exactly same as [login to view URL], however instead of orders processed through the corporate way, the customer will provide all required information and the website will automatically process the order through a retailer sales clear website. Both sites and processes will be given to the coder.
