Casino and gambling portal web site graphic design:

Web designer is needed to design a casino and gambling portal in Italian. Job includes designing 2 pages: A Homepage and an inner page, according to given diagrams. Final product should be submitted in PSD & quality (HTML + Images) package.

I am looking for a long term relationship with a designer who will then support this project and continue to develop it, adding new pages and changing current design.

## Deliverables

1. Only designers with a ***proven*** experience in casino portal design or other projects in the gambling industry are accepted.

2. *IMPORTANT*: HTML should be readable and coherent for future development. Use spaces, line breaks and structured typing to allow better readability.

3. HTML should be manually written (*not* using a WYSIWYG editor such as DreamWeaver, FrontPage etc) and comply with SEO guidelines such as:

1. An external CSS file

2. No garbage headers

3. Alt tags / meta tags / place holders.

4. No usage of frames.

5. All texts should be HTMLed and NOT in an image.

6. Use <Hx> headers for menu and other headers.

Any other SEO guideline that is implemented will be appreciated and rewarded in my opinion review.

1. No javascript or flash are needed.

2. HTML should be easily integrated with a CMS (content management system).

3. HTML should be horizontally flexible (browser window change also changes the html proportionally).

4. Italian speaking designers will be prioritized.

5. Inner page is comprised of several homepage elements (no major extra design is needed).

6. Diagrams will be submitted in private messaging. (Homepage, Innerpage and smaller components of the homepage such as "casino review diagram" etc).

Hosting platform is flexible. Since only HTML is involved, it is irrelevant.
