A Business Directory system specific to industry and similar to functionality to [login to view URL] I have selected a Template monster template to use and have purchased it. I have also purchased a licence of phpyellow - which is poor in design but gives a good indication of the functionality Code to be written in PHP / MYSQL Product needs the following :- a) Admin system for backend administration and submission of details. b) Payment collector - Using secpay and/or paypal. c) Banner ads - sold in 6month lots with 3 sizes, section and country specific - ie somebody can pay to go in to all sections in all countries or selected. d) Account status - ie renewal date of advert or Fiscal year - with discount for remaining months - ie if annual period is April to April - then account setup in December will only pay Dec to April in 1st payment. e) Affiliate scheme - future design to allow commissions for work undertaken. f) IP Location tracking - need to know which country the viewer is on and automatically show the banners and selections in that country. We are working on a full spec which will need a NDA - but currently seeing what offers are available. Need work undertaken in the next 2 months. will be an ongoing project with additions submitted every 2 months Applicants must fully document code and be prepared for additional work in future where possible I have a fuller spec design in progress at the moment - Keen to get spec right 1st time. I am new to writing a specfication for coding and want to ensure the sucessful applicant is happy to work with me on this and future projects. ## Deliverables Rent A Coder requirements notice: As originally posted, this bid request does not have complete details. So for your protection, if you are interested in this project, please work-out and document the requirements onsite. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
