cs cart orders and invoice problem

We looking someone to fix our problem with cs cart multivendor edition. We need that customer invoice shows our company information (logo, address, tel,...)instead of vendor information. Also all email that users (statuses) get are from ur company and when the order is from 2 or 3 different vendor we need solution that somehow collect order into one order. The vendor will still have the access to their products, only we want that invoice is from our company.
