Create a responsive WordPress site from a mock-up

I have created a mock-up using Squarespace. Unfortunately, it does not really meet the requirements I'm looking for. I would like to have a responsive WordPress site that is similar to what I designed here: [login to view URL] Here's what I want different. 1) The video should be visible and playable immediately, floating over the patterned background directly underneath "Introducing Varse" 2) The top navigation should be fixed. 3) The top navigation should be populated with the Parallax links currently on the right causing it to scroll to the various sections. 4) There should be a blog section reachable from the top navigation 5) The section headers need to be much much smaller or the content needs to overlay like the video above. 6) The contact form should be integrated with Gmail and Google Drive 7) Footer info needs to be removed and replaced with "Copyright 2014, VARSE LLC" I have all of the copy and visual elements already created. They are included in this description. I don't care if you modify an existing WordPress template. It just need to do everything I mentioned above.
