Create a Wordpress Template

I need a post template for my Wordpress theme (I use the Avada theme) that I can use from my dropdown list of templates. Here is what I need: - List all the child pages (or subpages - not sure exactly what they are called) associated with that specific page only - If there more than 10 child pages then paginate with 10 per page - For each child page displayed it should show the featured image, Title, an excerpt, and a read more button. The more button, featured image, and title should be clickable and go to that child page. - If possible, allow me to choose what text is displayed in the more button. For example, on one page I may want it to say "read more" and on another I may want it to say "watch video". This is the least important feature though. But it could be a user input from the admin page or something like that. - Allow the user to sort the child pages by most recent or most viewed in the last 30 days. I don't want this to be a link that sends the user to a new page though. I would like the user to stay on the same and the website will reorder the child pages - Allow for the use of the editor so that any html that I add, will then go to the top of the page For example, I have a page [login to view URL] that is a parent page that I want to use as a sort of directory that lists all my child pages, which are videos (kind of like how Youtube does it). I will have lots of these videos that will be a sub page (i.e [login to view URL]) and I want the template to only list those pages, not a child page that would be in under something like [login to view URL], for examples.
