Convert a html template to wordpress theme

i have a themeforest html template installed as demo at [login to view URL]
i want someone to convert it to a wordpress theme with both sidebars for wp widgets, 3 footer widgets, wp menu, frontpage sliders should be set from theme admin panel.
the frontpage's middle post tabbed section should be redesigned to look like that of [login to view URL] & most of all the theme should be ad ready i can place ads to my required position just from admin panel. (few ad example place are already a part of template for others take note of [login to view URL] to see how they place ad)
the section our sponsers in footer should display images uploaded by me through theme control panel
the front page breaking news slider should display 5 latest post titles, anouncenment dropdown should display 5 post titles with date published,
the page template should contain only right sidebar....
i have provided my details & attached the zip of the html template so you all can try. i will first personally try your demo than if satisfied will pay what you bidded for ...
