Build a Website

I want to create a simple one page website that will pull data from Google docs and will show that on the website. We can use YQL for this. Here is a tutorial that explains how it can be done: [login to view URL] Do note that the above tutorial renders data using Javascript, but I need it done via PHP so that search engines can crawl this data. The website will have a grid, and each block in the grid will represent a row in Google docs sheet. It should be pretty easy to do, so I am expecting a low bid and quick turnaround. Also, the website design is complete and I will provide you PSD and HTML for that (there might be some changes required in that).
