Site Graphics, Logo update, PHP quote forms

Hello, We need a team or individual with the ability to do some Graphics work such as banner images, logo size changes and PHP forms if needed. Quality is a must, as well as low hourly or project based fees for future work. If we find quality we will continue to use you for on going projects. We are using Joomla so anyone with good knowledge of Joomla or writing modules will be preferred. If you are only capable of providing good quality graphics and not PHP, please bid but specify. As a first project we need our logo resized to match our template and also 4 images to fit our banner which is a flash rotator. The banner images will be a usual size and will have some type of product image (like a phone system) with some text about it. example: "The best phone system for $20" etc. Portfolios and examples are mandatory please.
