Design website from scratch

I lead a team of freelancers and we're in the process of setting up a company. We have bought a domain and all I need is to set up a website to show our clients and potential clients. I want someone to get my site fully ready and running. So it will involve designing the pages as well as filling the contents. I will need about 4 pages. Home, About, Services, ? Contact (you may suggest appropriate contents for a startup s/w services company) ? I dont want anything very big, fancy or flashy. A pleasant and professional looking UI would do well. I myself am a developer and a bit of designer but I dont have time to concentrate on this. If the job is done well I can consider you for a long term relationship as I already said I'm setting up a company and will sure be in need of designers. So please bid appropriately.
