Customize OpenSIS Graphics

Hey there, I want a programmer well grounded in PHP, MySQL, Graphics (CSS, Designs, etc). I want to customize OpenSIS, a Student Management System. The team behind OpenSIS have done a fantastic job with the software functionality, but the UI looks bleak and dated with the software centered.
