Convert a PSD to a Website

We are an indie game development company, who needs a web designer to convert some concept art into DHTML/CSS code (about five pages worth). This project needs to be completed within the next week, and will include working with a forum system, and working on very animated pages with transition. We are looking for someone with PHP, Javascript/jQuery, simple MySQL, html5, and CSS experience. The freelancer chosen to do this job will could potentially be used again in the future. Attached are the design mockups, although we will need quite a few changes made in the conversion process, including adding additional art and images from our art team as needed.
