Continue work: Complete backend web development site for a digital signage system

The project is 90% complete and requires bug fixes and a communication module which will communicate with the Digital Signage devices. You will need to take the existing site debug the code and add the functionality that is missing. At this point the design is done however I am looking for a STRONG PHP developer to develop the back end. Besides the terms and conditions stated on the original project description (see below) I would like: 1) Up to date source code released upon payment of every milestone. 2) The developer is able to communicate in english. 3) Quality Assurance is performed before releasing any code to be viewed. Simple logic tests, spelling checks are performed. 4) If required skype conversations on a regular basis as to ensure a through understanding of what I want. To develop a backend website that works in conjunction with a digital signage device. There is an existing site that can be used for reference only. All functionality must be matched to the existing site. A brief document outlining the input requirements will be provided. The output must be in the form of either XML or URL links for download. Terms: Conditions: 1) All code must be written in proper PHP, HTML and must be well documented. Provided document will provide more detail. 2) The look and feel of the site must be smooth, attractive, "Real Estate Digital Signage Theme", Logo will be provided. 3) Used of either java script or ajax to make the buttons, popups more attractive. If when required. 4) Reimbursement will be divided into milestones which will be outlined. 5) Access to view working site will be required before any milestones are approved. 6) All source code and any materials will be provided upon completion of the job.
