Clone / Rebuild several websites

Three websites need to be rebuild / copied / cloned. Two websites that have been build in wordpress need to be cloned/ set up over again. They are to look exactly the same. The two wordpress websites I will be able to provide the themes it is build in. (One of the sites is build by using two different themes, and one is build by using theme). But both sides have been customized outside the theme. It is very important that the site is rebuild in a way that it is easy to use wordpress as a content manager to edit and update the sites. But I am also looking to have an ongoing relationship where a freelancer to the ongoing updates on the sites. The sites are build and owned by the company, Storm International INC located in New York. They have asked us to get this job done. The reason they are doing it is because the webdeveloper that worked in their company earlier have left without giving them access to the work.
