Classfied Site For Lost/Found Dogs

using 68 classified script (I will provide the license) install on my domain, provide custom front end that includes logo, design, and customization of user interface. I need to work directly with someone that will be doing the work..not a front person. If this works out I have a number of other sites I want to implement (approx 15). Skype communication essential.
