When adding a template on Magento Commerce, each theme have it's menu on top or the username and checkout menu item on the upper right corner. I need to have a block added to the code of Magento which will contain an image i can assign to that block which will show on top of everything at all times. The size (in height) should also be customisable and the block should be editable in the admin panel of Magento.
