This project consists of a home page at maximum browser settings with a QuickTime video that runs at startup as the left side of the page. This has the basic format as [login to view URL] The QuickTime video box should have flash similar to [login to view URL] with photo in the back ground and custom TV screen for video to play in. The boxes down the right of the page will be video page links, Top 5 videos of the month. Each box will link to new page with video. A banner title covers the top of the page. With the look and feel of [login to view URL] except the site title Swordfish Productions. The flash design should be a swordfish moving/ jumping across the page.[Marlin] The font for the title should be modeled after the Armada with similar blocked letters and colors. The five links are titled Home, Videos archives, Photo Gallery, links, and Signup. Each link should have one page. 11 pages total, Home page + 10 other pages.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
