customize and configure oscommerce shop

I need someone to setup, configure and customise osCommerce for my client, selling condoms and other lifestyle products like adult toys, wine, beauty products etc. I need the following * Completely customised Home page * Flash banner on top * Rollover buttons * osCommerce Product categories, promotions, faq etc. boxes will stay on left nav bar. * Payment to be setup and configured for PayPal. * The opening page to show a warning that this site is for adults only.
