We would like to have our website overhauled and re-created with modern appearance and functionality (flash intro./PHP-MySQL CMS). Our aim is to generate new leads by new visitors to our site or in other words have visitors send us inquires or call us after browsing our site (We are in the business of developing custom financial applications and customized accounting systems to clients in the Greater Toronto Area). At the same time we would like a new home with a CMS for: - Project Management (Customers to login and communicate about their projects, download and/or upload files). The clients (users) need to be able to download and upload actual project files (word/excel/pdf/mdb) to their assigned directories. - Front page, News Releases & Promotions Editors The color scheme and general direction are as follows: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Aside from the look, the home page and the site's content are two important parts of the site. I wish that the home page highlight some kind of promotion and give the users a reason to call us for consultation. Note: A designer with strong web marketing and/or SEO experience is preferred. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
