**E-Cover Software** **_Project Specifications_** I need you to develop a downloadable eCover Software. The software will be used to generate animated eBook covers and Software boxes. The project must have all the features mentioned in the document including the flash-animated part and the registration security features. The software must have the feature in which it must be possible for 'disabled' software to still produce ecovers carrying my website address clearly. I don't want to completely dismiss the potential of that part. It means that in case of a charge back or a refund, the user can still use the software and produce nice ecovers carrying a good advertising for us! ***Dynamic eCover Designer*** I need to design a downloadable desktop eCover Designer Software (Dynamic eCover Designer). This will be downloadable directly from my website. The new thing about this software is that it should be able to design dynamic eCovers using Flash technology as in the website: <[login to view URL]> **1) What it will do ….** *Dynamic Ecover Designer*will enable the user to design dynamic 3 D dynamic ecovers for eBooks and Software Boxes as below and make them animated as in the website: <[login to view URL]> The ebook cover (or software box) will be a 3D animated then it will require entry of information from the user for the back cover (in addition to the front cover). You ensure it is considered into your planning of the software. See attached doc for rest of the project scope ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
