A cartoon animation of 2 characters with 59 seconds background music. Details: 1. One character - grouchy with a cigar in his mouth behind the wheel of a red Prius. 2. Second charater - smiling with a phone camera in hand video-ing. 3. Character One is driving fast. 4. The backdrop will be something like Silicon Valley or San Francisco, just resemblance of the cities with a sign reading so will do. 5.
