Casino Game application

Hi, We need a casino game application, the application will run in Windows’s PC and will need to connect to web server to request account information (only member with credit point allow playing the game). It is an interactive game where other members can join the game (default opponent is computer). It will either develop from scratch or with your available library, preferably you have existing library to develop on. Please download the demo game application at: [login to view URL] You may try out the application by register a free account and start playing with it, we will need a similar interface and functionality, the rules of the game will be given in the later stage. The first game is mahjong (as shown in the demo game, additional game will be blackjack & a game modified from mahjong), total of 3 game. The rules of mahjong can be found at [login to view URL] Important features & description: - Avatar features (available at the bottom left for the demo) for each member. - Instant message features (list out friends online in the game). - Animation visual and audio effect during game. - Conference features can be ignored. - Language file to convert the application into different language. - Connection with the server for the member information, and authorization of the member. - The game is divided into different room (only max four people allow in one room for mahjong, other is max six people). Therefore we will need 100 rooms for each game. The logic of the mahjong will be given in form of C++ or VB source code. Game playing with computer will not calculate credit point, only when playing with real member will credit & deduct to & from the real opponent member after game end. About the development: We require full ISO standard specifications for the product you can develop. We prefer you have experience on developing similar online game or you have to convince us you have the ability to complete the job. Please also propose the development tools you will use to develop the application, we will need the full source code for future development (if required). Give your best price and we intend to have long term relationship, because we have several projects which might outsource as we have not enough resources for the growing project. Important, the first thing is to convince us you can finish the job. After you have been selected, we will proceed 20% escrow funds, after you handle the application to us with all the functions ready and trial, we will proceed another 50% payment.
