Basic website with Flash homepage only-Admin managed profiles with photos, etc.

We require someone to build our? website, [[login to view URL]][1] The main consideration of the design is to be high quality images, crisp and clear, very sophisticated. I have attached a powerpoint document demonstrating the design, and explaining the features we need. Please review the documents carefully before bidding. Please let me know if you have any questions at all. The site will be almost identical to [[login to view URL]][2] (only the homepage will be flash (rollovers)). The site needs to have an ADMIN level (with password login) where Admin can add, edit, remove for the following sections: MALES FEMALES CLUBS SPONSORS AGENCIES On all these sections, ADMIN should be able to change any info on the page (including links to members, sponsors, and clubs, etc). Admin should also be able to access the mailing list (email addresses submitted by users on the MEMBERS page and on the CLUBS page) and view/sort.
