Android App - Searchable CSV file

This sounds like a pretty straightforward Android project. If you're simply creating a searchable text to code system, it'd be best to first convert the CSV to XML as Android uses it natively. From there, you'd want the search to update possible matches after each character change in the text search. I could perform the conversion to XML and create a simple app for you, including source, keystore, and the apk file.
