A landing page that generates an email to a specified email address while transferring the visitor to a designated webpage URL

I need a web page tool that will allow me to create code that will do the following: I create a landing page using my html editor but add to it - the code you develop. This landing page will function as a step before a designated ULR page that can be specified. The specified URL page will be the only destination after the landing page. We can also call it the Home Page. In a linking scheme the landing page ‘links to’ and comes before the Home page. The landing page will appear simple with only a button: It can say: Click Here To Proceed>>. When the button is clicked 2 things must happen. 1. It generates an email to a designated email address I specify. 2. It transfers the visitor to the home page. The application would be a .EXE program that generates this code to be put in the landing page and then can be loaded up to the server. A simple no-frills FTP feature would be nice. The interface you create would have basically 4 fields to fill-in to generate the code (plus the necessary boxes for the FTP) Field 1. Email address TO value: (This would be the an email address of someone like a member, that I am in contact with) ( no spam) Field 2. Where the email is FROM: (The website owner (ME) would fill-in this area) Field 3. Email content/ message to be sent. What ever I need to communicate. Field 4. URL Destination: ( this URL would be the download page the page the buyer will go after they click the download button) After the code is generated I load web page up to the server via the FTP no frills feature that will simply upload an html file. Your main challenge is to figure a way to generate the email to go to the specified email address. More details for bidders. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows?
