this project will involve building a highly dynamic and interactive community system complete with Private messaging system (access levels), vbulletin login integration, user stats, ad click system and subscription service as well as slimmed down version of site for those not subscribed (plus more). There will need to access levels and permissions. Please see [[login to view URL]][1] to see a close approximation of what we are after. Please note that this is not an attempt to copy them or their services. We just like the way things work there and some of the functionality will be used here. Please only serious bidders. We posted this before but did not get many serious bidders. We are open to reasonable bids and at this point the timeline is not terribly strict. Special Note.... Must be pro-active and write scalable code. While we know what we want, we do not possess the knowledge to know the best way to do things or if it all can be done also we would like to return to the same developer for additions as the site grows and features are requested. So our ideal developer will be able to code for scalability to allow growth without a re-write. Should a dispute arise and this project go into arbitration "as is", the contract's vagueness might cause it to be interpreted against you, even though you were acting in good-faith. So for your protection, if you are interested in this project, please work-out and document the requirements onsite. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
