FTP Web Browser Interface

I have an FTP site that I need a simple web based interface that allows me to Admin via a browser and allow people to upload directly from any web browser. It should have an upload Button and a Download area that is password protected. There should be a cool progress bar with up/download speed. I must be able to create acounts and Admin this from a Web Browser (Safari) It needs to look tidy and contain 3 logos. It should be pretty simple.. I have come across it on many other clients sites. I will need some help "Launching" this software. MUST work with Safari and all current web browsers. I am workin on a Mac with the latest OS X. I just want it to work. I have experienced problems using a feature like thi on other peoples servers but they work fine on Windows browsers.. this is unacceptable to me. ## Deliverables MUST work with Safari and all current web browsers. (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform MUST work with Safari and all current web browsers.
