I would like you to create a spider program which will:
1. Crawl all urls in the Italian dmoz directory (<[login to view URL]> around 130k urls I believe) and check the domains to which they belong and their extension (.com, .it, .org etc).
2. Check a comprehensive whois database (one that includes the .it extension as well, such as <[login to view URL]> ) for alternative extension of the domains found above, following this rule:
A) For **.it** domain name in dmoz: check if **.com** extension is available
B) For **.com** domain name in dmoz: check if **.it** extension is available
C) For any other extension (.net, .org, etc.), check if either **.it** or **.com** (or both) is available.
3. Produce a list of the domain names for which an alternative extension was found to be available (following the rules outlined above).
