Customize existing MS Access db

We've had an old Access 97 database that consisted of a backend and front end and NT4 domain security converted to Access 2000 format. The person that did the conversion does not want to finish the work. (they are not from rentacoder) The domain security was removed, and the front end back end was combined into one mdb file. Currently, we are still using the old database. I need an import routine added to be able to import data from a csv file. I'll need this to be as easy as possible for the end user. (click a button, choose a file, done) The new database will need to have the data imported from the old version of the database. I will provide the old database and the partially completed new database and a sample csv file. Tables and forms are functional, however modifications to the existing tables will be needed to make them compatible with the CSV. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working database in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP Access 2003 CSV (excel)
