We are [url removed, login to view], a coalition of playwrights who write for young actors and audiences. We are in the first stage of a website redesign of www.youthplays.com. This bid, the first stage of the project, will involve the creation of a custom module for a Joomla-compatible, open source shopping cart. After looking at the Joomla forums, the names that come up most are VirtueMart, ZenCart, Magento and OSCommerce, but we would ask that the coder advise us on the best, most trouble-free choice. Once we've decided on the shopping cart, the coder will design a custom module to accommodate our particular needs. In our case, customers potentially order both free, non-printable perusal copies of stage plays, as well as pay for performance and forensics royalties, with Google Checkout being our payment gateway of choice. A document is attached to provide more details on our ordering/shopping car needs.

## Deliverables

## Platform

The website runs on Linux shared hosting at [url removed, login to view] and is updated on computers running Windows XP and Vista, though occasionally Mac as well--it would either be updated directly online through Admin, or using Dreamweaver MX.
