Create multiple web forms(repost)

Webforms must be compatible with all major internet browsers (netscape, explorer etc..) I need a variety of web-forms made, PLUS certain website specifications. The first webform's function will be to generate links from normal text.(link generator) The second form will generate a dropdown menu. this dropdown menu will have an automatic copy function. example: if the dropdown menu contains the word "hotdog", then when you select the word(hotdog), it will automatically be copied. (see attached file for illustration) The third form will create a username and password. The website must keep you signed in whenever you visit from your computer, unless otherwise selected (like ebay or [login to view URL]) Every member has his/her own account.(like ebay) I need a coder that will create several working forms, plus proper website functions such as keeping members signed in and creating member accounts. So basically you will need to program the whole website's functionality. I have already created the website but none of the forms [login to view URL] are plenty of screenshots included in my explanation; you just have to make the webpages/forms work. The website consists of only 3-4 very simple pages. More detailed instructions will be given to the winning bidder,including screenshots and specific examples of each form. PLEASE DO NOT BID UNLESS YOU ARE 100% SURE YOU WILL DELIVER. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
