I would like to integrate our backend MySQL database with our salesforce CRM.
The requirement:
Create an API that will:
-Create a salesforce record, if one does not exist
-Update the record with the information bellow, if one already exists
The website will capture the following lead information:
Name & Email
location and phone number
Confirmation
update the fact that they agree of our terms and conditions.
Update pages visited within our website
THE PROCESS WILL BE LIKE THIS:
Check data fields in salesforce.
Create the request processing page.
Set up salesforce connection in the sandbox.
Integrate to the website.
Testing and updating the login to the production salesforce.
