Create MS Access 2007 Db with Documentation (Small, Simple and Easy)

This is a very simple and easy MS Access project that needs to be done in 4 days. Basically, I need a report and the database created on MS Access 2007 based on the case study. The case study with all requirements is attached. Each and every requirement is in the doc. **The report:** can be a simple one describing how this database have improved the business (shoe store-mentioned in doc) and how are the entities linked. Report will also have a levelled DFD. And a simple user manual. **The database:** would be developed on MS Access 2007 with tables, queries, forms, reports, relationships. The case study will help you identify the entities (tables) and fields and how they related to each other. More information is in the attached doc. I think, for a DB expert, this project won't be an issue. Looking forward for bids. Let me know if you have any questions. Thank you. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
