I've a Indexed Data File of an old Cobol application, and I need to convert this file to any modern format, such as txt separated with commas (CVS), or XML or anything. I think the version of cobol is RM, but i'm not sure. I've the source code that use that file. I need a tool (in any format, from a DOS command to a windows application, it doesn't matter) to automatize the migration process. If making a tool is too complicated (I don't think so), also I can use an one time migration, sending the file by mail, and receiving the output.
