Project involves making a company's website. Please, find attached the details in the document (including, but not limited to the things in the document). This is the basic idea and we would like to develop the website based on the basic idea and your feedback/suggestion. Final deliverables will be mutually decided between the parties involved before bid acceptance. Our company's main focus is HR Training & Development, Staffing, and Business Consultancy (details will be given to the selected coder) Phase I: (Completion within 1 day of project approval) would include preparing 3 design templates, by the approved coder and we will decide on the template that we want to go ahead with and will suggest minor changes if we want otherwsie, will go ahead as it is. Templates should be coder's own creation and should show creativity yet keeping in mind the professional nature of the website. (Logo will be provided tot he approved coder) Phase II: (Completion ASAP) After selection of the template, we would like the coder to develop the static pages of the website and upload them ASAP. We will discuss the timelines. Phase III: (Would be given a reasonable time to complete the dynamic portion) Coder will start on the dynamic content of the website and upload it within the time period mutually agreed upon between both the parties. We will like to get a time line from the coders. So, please make a customized proposal for this requirement and submit it with your bids. Time is of the utmost importance. Please, ONLY BID IF YOU HAVE THE TIME TO DEVELOP THE WEBSITE AS YOUR FIRST PRIORITY. WE ARE CERTAINLY NOT LOOKING FOR ANYONE WHO WASTES TIME. We would also like to see your previous work so send in as much samples as you can. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows environment.
