I need evaluation of my site at www.BuildaBetterWord.com. Really something that amounts to a look over or evaluation to ensure the site is well positioned for accessibility and browser compatibility. People have complained that they can't find it even when they're looking. Some pay per click sites don't seem to be able to connect to it in an effective way. It's as though people click but can't get through. I don't really know what the issue is or if there is one. My original designer/programmer left mid project and someone else had to finish the site. In short, I just need to feel that the site is optimized and well positioned to sell itself. The site was done in php.
I was told there are many references to bravenet for script actions.I don't know the implications of this in terms of the possibility of losing the site if the server goes down or how this impacts the functionality. Is this an area of vulnerability? I don't know what the implications are period or if this is the case.
Some comments regarding my site that have prompted this request:
When I try to connect to any of your Links page, it takes me only to a blank background. I am using Netscape 4.75 (on a PC) and do not have difficulties reading any other web sites. Could you please investigate your programming and inform me when your site is more accessible?
