Chat room & membership database w/installation

-A multi-room chat environment -ability for users to create their own rooms with password protection -4 levels of access (user - regular chat, assistant - ability to move about the site and alter database records to limited degree, moderator - full moderation ability of the site (kick, mute, move, broadcast (send to all rooms) bypass locked areas, become invisible to regular users) & admin - (full adminsitrative ability - ban, set/remove moderation ability, remove rooms all previous listed) -Icon system - default icon, the rest setable only by mod+ -automated messages (on a timer) -create/delete permanent rooms (admin only) -interactive profile viewable by all users with one area viewable by assistant+ only, one area editable by user, and one only by assistant +) -database will be linked to profile - all users may create entries, only assistant+ may edit after initial creation - three levels of viewing (regular: only a selected portion of the table)(owner: all but admin level of table) (admin: everything) -login tracking system (allocate "points" for each day logged in (no more then 1 point allocation per physical day) -private message ability (viewable by sender, recipient and admin) -(asset) dice roller built in to software This system will be used for an online RPG being run by a not-for-profit group. Price is negotiable. Role playing game experience an asset. ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Complete copyrights to all work purchased. Installation of the chat software and database to the host company (access will be granted). ## Platform Current internet browsers, should be based to run in PHP, CGI or Java (prefer PHP) but is negotiable.
