I am new and? am in the process of learning VTIGER CRM. In this regard I have installed VTIGER CRM with the help of another coder. Now I am wanting to configure it as an ADMIN user? for my own small business. I am looking for someone who can help in setting up / configuration of Price Books etc.

I am wanting to put prices for bundled Products and Services. I am wanting to set up prices for line items for each of the customer's bills.

I am also wanting the ability for the sales person to pick prices from a range of prices. Similarly ability to offer discounts.

I have not had a chance to look yet, but I am sure this will be easy to configure... Comments of different customer service Reps who serviced the customer at different times.
