I am looking for someone who knows both Quickbooks and the WASP inventory program MobileInventory. [url removed, login to view] The WASP system allows us to use a handset scanner [url removed, login to view] to track inventory, but Quickbooks does not seem to have a way to import these trasactions. WASP has a product called Countit, but it is a single data dump, and does not tie the MobileInventory system to QB. I want to be able to track my daily inventory "in's and out's" with the WASP handheld and then export the inventory data from MobileInventory to quickbooks so that the two systems are in sync. I am looking for a simple application that can read the a output file from MobileInventory (or the handheld) and be able to inport this file into QB to: 1) Adjust inventory levels for existing P/N 2) Create error if P/N can not be found in QB 3) Create a simple report to verify the QB import.
