I have an alumni website built primarily with Frontpage and MS Access. I have 3500 alumni registered and maintain their demographics in the MS Access database. Each alumnus is assigned a graduation year. I also have a flag for MailingList Y/N. To faciliate organizing reunions I want to provide an email form where the user sends a note to all of his/her classmates. They would use a drop down list to pick the year they are targetting. They would fill in the text and send the mail. A blind copy would go to the webmaster. The system would read through the Roster table of the MS Access database, selecting only members of that year that have the Mailinglist Y/N set to Yes. The user can unsubscribe through current maintenace screens but an unsubscribe link off of the email that they receive would be a bonus.
My service provider supports ASPSmartMail, ASPEMail, and JMail. I also have two php packages installed at my site: phpBB and PhotoPost.
Thank you.
