Build a simple task program for PC

I need a program functional in windows that can execute a simple task: searching for mobile numbers online from s specific site. It should input a number from a sertain space in our online salesprogram and output that number in a search field at a website, the results given could have another number that is different from what was output and then the program copies that different number and outputs that into a sertain field in our online sales program... Another way the program COULD deal with the results is to show the results page and the user should manually klick och a number and that should automatically be copied and output in a sertain field in our sales program. There should be a settings function where the user can mark the area where numbers are presented our should be output. Actually it would be great if the program could hand both numbers and text. This program is an external from browser or our sales program and should be stand alone. More like a macro execution program... our sales program and the search website are browser based. I hope this explanation clarify at least most parts of what we need. Design should be simple and cost effective, nothing fancy but understandable.
