Auction Type Website

I am looking for someone to program a website that allowers multiple users buyers/ sellers to come together. It allows each user to create accounts and upload pictures and descriptions of their products. Essentially its an open martetplace. Each user (buyer or seller) must have an account in order to participate in the market. It will actually be similar to Ebay. It must be equipped to utilize various forms of pay systems. I would also like to be able to integrate a raffle platform into the website. For example people would buy tickets and have numbers generated. Then on the day of the raffle one number would be randomly selected as the winning number (from the pool of numbers generated for that particular raffle). To illustrate the ideal the website [login to view URL] has a general software plateform, you must login to actually use the demo USERNAME AND PASSWORD ARE getin. I use this as an example but do require specific differences. Or could I simply integrate their software with the website that I'll have built? Thank you all ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
