Article Site Structure Needed

I need an home page to go with my many MB of articles that I have set up for adsense. Please go to the home page of [[login to view URL]][1] as you can see, the directories are already in and if you click into them, you'll find the articles section set up in typical adsense optimized fashion. I need a simple home page that shows the various links to the categories, nothing too fancy, just a header and a directory style set up... That's the simple, under $50 version... If you want to squeeze a few more dollars out of me, you can add the ability for me to stream the sections via RSS (with the link from the home page beside the names of the categories). so you could get the articles via RSS if you prefer. And finally, to take me over the $100 mark... The ability for people to sign up for an account and add articles to the site... ala [login to view URL] style I really don't want to pay for something coded from scratch for this part - you have to show me that you're just modifying an existing script that works for you... we're not trying to reinvent the wheel here.. just get a few adsense hits that's all :) Let's see what you've got. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
