Affiliate Network Website

We need a clone of an affiliate network website like "[login to view URL]" or "[login to view URL]". Some more stuff: 1.) The project must be SEO conform. 2.) The website must work in IE, Firefox, Opera properly (and also look the same) 3.) We want at least weekly updates concerning the development progress. 4.) We will be available via Skype or email for all questions during the programming process. 5.) We expect from our bidders a focus on quality of the code and the design (that's why we provide the psds). 6.) The code must be commented to make future changes for our web developers easier. 7.) We expect the latest technology (web 2.0) and a clean, documented code. 8.) If you know any more cool gadgets that could help the project, please feel free to discuss that with us. 9.) Note: we are fussy about dsign matters (when we design a .psd file or deliver a screenshot, we want the website to look like the screenshot - and not just roughly like it!) 10.) Please only place a bid, when you exactly know what you do and when you already have enough experience with such a project! We won't pay for "learning on the job"! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
