Website is: http://www.expresslien.com. Click on "Get Started" and you will be taken through a three-page form that collects date from the user. The data is recorded in PhpMySQL database. Admin area was designed to: 1) Take the information put in by the user and create a "lien form," which is basically a template with text and certain merge fields; 2) Keep track of user order status, and send emails to the customer upon status changes. There are some problems, and the website is not working correctly. This task involves fixing the following errors, and making the following addition to functionality: A) Admin area has ability to create "email templates" that will be emailed to the customer upon certain status changes. However, the feature does not work, and customers do not receive the emails. B) Currently, the user data is merged with the "Lien Text" and available to edit in an HMTL editor. The formatting is very choppy, however, and the system does not properly export the created document into a PDF file. Formatting needs to be cleaned up, and need to be able to properly export document to PDF. PDF should be formatted to proper margin settings and page size.
