Access Job Cost Module

I need a module written to interface with the Image Pro Accounting System. Image Pro is written entirely in MS Access so interface will not be a problem. I need to account for variable costs (Labor, etc) and Fixed Costs (Materials) and Overhead (a percent of labor estimates) The job cost module will need a page to enter an estimate. It will need subforms to put in estimate details. It will need a way to convert an estimate to a sold job - lock the original estimate so it cannot be changed, and begin to accumulate costs from both direct data input and from materials purchased in A/P. The current program has a job cost module already but it is not nearly complex enough. Having the existing Job Cost will expedite things because some of the links are already embedded in the code. There must be a function to close the job at the end of the project. The module should be able to display estimated and actual at any time is a summary format on a single screen. It should have at least three reports. Open job. Job costs for closed jobs with gross profits on it, and detail costs by the job. Successful bidder must have high speed internet connection because the Image Pro database is around 30 mb compressed and we will need to pass copies back and forth regularly. I need the job done fairly quickly. There is some felxibility in timing but not much. I need a prototype in a few weeks.
