ADDITIONAL FIELDS TO CMS + OUTPUTS (PHP)

We need some additions to our already built site. All pages are created we just need additional fields added to each page within cms as well as outputs created. The site is built in PHP and can be seen at [[login to view URL]][1] and admin at [[login to view URL]][2] username - admin username - admin **_ ADMIN ADDITIONS_** **CONSULTANCY SERVICES PAGE (multiple entries) **Needs intro page description This section now needs a list of case studies to be uploaded via admin Each will include ??" Title, Company Name, Industry Sector, 1 x Image, short description, long description **BUSINESS CHAMPIONS PAGE (multiple entries) **Needs intro page description This just needs 2 extra fields adding to what is there. Company Name and Website link. Also each will need to be marked either ??" active, pending, inactive **PHOTO GALLERIES PAGE (multiple entries) **Each gallery now needs title, date, description, and a tick box to show on home page **BUSINESS SEMINAR (multiple entries) **This need to include the following ??" title, venue, address, date, time, 9 x upload images, 12 x descriptions, 1 x upload audio file, 2 x upload pdf/doc, tick box for open / closed **SPONSOR AN EVENT **this needs to have 1 x upload pdf added. **STAGE AN EVENT **this needs to have 1 x upload pdf added. **SPEAK AT AN EVENT **this needs to have 1 x upload pdf added **FRONTEND OUTPUTS ARE IN THE ATTACHED AS RUN OUT OF COPY** ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
