Custom Drupal Module - Deliver Commission via Time Spent on Content

I need a custom module for a new Drupal 7.20 website. Basically, we have two roles - Teacher and Student. Teachers create content and then students will view the content. Students pay a recurring fee on the of $5/month (ubercart recurring) to view the content. The module needs to do the following: -Calculate student (role) time spent on content and deliver XX% (set by admin) commission to teacher. ...This % will be based per student. So if there are 100 students on the site, who pay $5/month, then a %(set by admin) of $500/month will be given out to teachers. The amount each teacher gets is calculated based on how much time students(role) spend viewing their content. So for example: Teacher #1 - 10 content items, 10 hours students spent viewing content this month Teacher #2 - 10 content items, 1 hours students spent viewing content this month Teacher #3 - 15 content items, 20 hours students spent viewing content this month Teacher #4 - 30 content items, 12 hours students spent viewing content this month teacher #5 - 5 content items, 8 hours students spent viewing content this month 63 total hours viewing content.. distribute accordingly: Teacher #1 - 10 hours = 15.8% of distributed comission Teacher #2 - 1 hour = 1.5% of distributed commission Teacher #3 - 20 hours = 31.7% of distributed commission Teacher #4 - 12 hours = 19% of distributed commission teacher #5 - 8 hours = 12.9% of distributed commission And so if we set the % at 10%, then $50 would be available to these teachers and would be split accordingly. This is done monthly, but can be set in admin. -Allow teachers to input their Paypal email addresses in their profile. -Once the teacher has collected a certain $ amount (set by admin) of commission, they can request to receive their commission. -That request is sent to our Paypal, and we can then payout the users accordingly.
