Analyze IMEI numbers

We have a list of IMEI numbers, the identification number for a mobile phone (hardwired into the device - this is NOT a phone number!). If you know what this is about, then please proceed (do not bid if you have no idea what IMEI is): We need a PHP software that can do on-the-fly analysis of IMEI numbers (read either through database or Comma Seperated File import (to be decided). This analysis tool should do the following: a) Give a list of how many users are using all the devices (sum) b) Be able to filter all phone numbers using a specific device (list) We can not provide any information on IMEI number analysis (the structure of the code).
